Dispatch timeframes vary depending on the item you’ve ordered. You can find the estimated dispatch timeframe clearly displayed on each product page and in your order confirmation email.
Items Available for Immediate Dispatch
Products marked as 'in stock - ready to ship' are typically dispatched the same day or the next working day
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details
Items with a Longer Dispatch Time
Some products show an estimated dispatch timeframe
These items are available to order from stock that is due to arrive at our warehouse shortly
By placing your order in advance, the item is reserved for you and will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available
Estimated dispatch timeframes are shown on the product page, just below the size or colour selection.
Multi-Item Orders (UK Only)
If your order contains items with different dispatch timeframes, we typically wait and ship all items together to reduce shipping costs and delivery time. If you would prefer split shipment, please contact us before dispatch (additional shipping charges may apply).
Delivery Methods & Transit Times
Delivery timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout
Transit times vary depending on the delivery method and destination
Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays
Selecting a faster delivery option will reduce the delivery time once your parcel has left our warehouse, but it will not shorten the dispatch processing period.

Review the product page at the time of ordering
Check your order confirmation email, which confirms the estimated dispatch timeframe for your item(s)
Orders are dispatched in line with the dispatch estimate shown at the time your order was placed.
Carriers
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Carrier details and tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.
During Peak Periods
During busy times, such as sales events or the run-up to Christmas:
Dispatch timeframes may take slightly longer than usual
Our warehouse and customer care teams work extended hours to minimise delays
Delivery networks may experience increased demand
