I’ve Placed an Order, But Nothing Has Arrived

We’re sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet. In most cases, this is due to a short delay with the courier, and your parcel will arrive shortly after the expected date.

Before Getting in Touch

Please check the following before contacting us:

  • Dispatch Timeframes: Please refer to the highest dispatch timeframe shown in your order confirmation email. This indicates when your order is expected to leave us. Dispatch estimates are also shown on the product page and at checkout at the time of ordering.

  • Delivery days: Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.

  • Tracking information: You can track your parcel using the link in your dispatch confirmation email.

  • Attempted delivery: Check whether a delivery card has been left by the courier, or if your parcel has been taken to a local collection point.

  • Neighbour delivery: Occasionally, a courier may deliver to a neighbour if you were not available to receive the parcel.
