Late or Missing Deliveries

Updated this week

We understand how frustrating it can be if your order hasn’t arrived when expected. In most cases, delays are temporary and your parcel will be delivered shortly.

Before Getting in Touch

If your delivery is running late, please check the following first:

  • Delivery timeframes: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and within your confirmation email - these apply after dispatch. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

  • Tracking information: Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see the latest updates.

  • Attempted delivery: The courier may have left a delivery card or taken your parcel to a local collection point.

  • Neighbour delivery: Occasionally, parcels are delivered to a nearby neighbour.

When Should I Contact You?

If your order hasn’t arrived five working days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer care team so we can investigate this for you.

We may:

  • Contact the courier on your behalf

  • Arrange a replacement or alternative resolution if the parcel is confirmed as lost
