All international orders are processed and dispatched in line with the dispatch timeframe shown on your order confirmation and product page.
For multi-item orders, we normally dispatch all items together once everything is available.

Duties, Taxes & Fees
All applicable customs, duties and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
If you are asked by the courier to pay any additional import charges after dispatch (most commonly with DPD), please contact us and we will assist.
Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)
Typical international delivery is 5–10 working days from dispatch.
During customs clearance or peak periods, delivery can take up to two weeks.
Tracking & Updates
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Use the link provided to follow the parcel’s progress with the courier.
Multi-Item Orders
If your order contains items with different dispatch timeframes, we’ll usually wait and ship together to reduce shipping costs and customs interactions.
