Can I Change the Delivery Address on an Order After It Has Been Placed?

If you need to change the delivery address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order leaves our warehouse.

How to Request a Change

By Phone:

Call us on 0161 524 3919 during business hours.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 4:30pm.

By Email:

Email [email protected] with ADDRESS CHANGE in the subject line.

Please include your order number, the current delivery address, and the new address you would like the parcel sent to.

Before Your Order Has Been Dispatched

If we receive your request before your order has been dispatched, we will update the delivery address and confirm the change by email.

After Your Order Has Been Dispatched

Once an order has been sent, we’re unable to change the address in transit.

However, you may be able to redirect the parcel through the courier’s delivery portal once tracking information has been issued.
