Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be returned within 28 days of receipt
Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, and labels
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be excluded from returns unless they are faulty. If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before starting your return.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be registered through our returns portal:

To access the portal, you’ll need:
Your order number
The email address used when placing your order
Once registered, the portal will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Depending on your selection in the returns portal, we may offer:
A refund to your original payment method
An exchange, subject to stock availability
Store credit, where applicable
All available options and any associated fees will be clearly shown during the returns process.
Returns Processing
Once your return has been delivered back to us, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been completed.

Extended Returns (Seasonal)
During busy periods, such as Christmas, we may offer an extended returns window.
