International Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, international customers can return eligible items within 28 days of receiving their order for a refund.

Please note: Exchanges are not currently available for international returns.

How to Start a Return

All international returns must be registered through our returns portal.

You’ll need:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used when placing your order

During the returns process, please select the refund option.

If you require a different size, colour, or item, you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Preparing Your Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Securely pack your item(s)

  • Ensure all original packaging, tags, and labels are attached

  • Include any original documentation where possible

Items must be returned in an unworn and unused condition.

Shipping Your Return

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

When returning items from outside the UK, please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as: “Returned Goods”

This helps prevent unnecessary customs charges or delays.

Refunds

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 5 working days, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • International shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any customs duties or import charges paid at delivery cannot be reimbursed

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Store Credit

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, you’ll receive a 10% bonus added to your credit balance.

Store credit can be used on future purchases through our website.

Exchanges

International exchanges are not currently available.

If you would like a replacement item:

  1. Place a new order through our website

  2. Return the original item for a refund via the returns portal
