How Do I Know if an Item Is in Stock?

Our website is updated regularly to reflect the most accurate stock levels available.

If an item is out of stock, it will clearly be shown as out of stock on the product page, and you will not be able to add it to your basket.

Real-Time Stock Updates

Our inventory control system is linked directly to our website.

This ensures that if an item sells out between updates, it is automatically marked as unavailable.

You can place your order with confidence that the item shown as in stock is available for dispatch.

Rare Stock Errors

In very rare cases, an item may appear as in stock due to a brief system error or timing delay.

If this occurs, and the item you ordered is no longer available, we will:

  • Contact you to confirm the situation, and

  • Provide suitable replacement options, or

  • Issue a full and immediate refund for your payment

We aim to resolve any such issue promptly to avoid inconvenience.
